Exterior:

The house has  a traditional Mediterranean facade, featuring bright and colorful colours that reflect the neighborhood’s vibrant character. The exterior is  freshly painted in warm yellow tones, with carefully restored architectural details, like wooden shutters and wrought iron railings.

Ground Floor:

Upon entering the house, you  step into a cozy living room, elegantly decorated with a blend of modern and traditional elements. The living area might have an inviting sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

Kitchen and Dining Area:

Adjacent to the living room, there is an open-concept kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and stylish cabinets, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable living experience. The dining area accommodates a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals and gatherings.

Patio:

The house features a lovely patio, typical of the neighborhood’s architecture, offering a private outdoor space to relax and enjoy the pleasant Valencian climate. The patio has a small seating area and an outdoor shower.

Bathroom:

On the ground floor, there is  a modern and stylish bathroom with contemporary fixtures, a walk-in shower, and tasteful tiles.

Bedroom:

Heading upstairs to the second floor, there is a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bedroom has a  cozy queen size  bed (160 x 200 cms), fitted with quality linens 100% white cotton  and local accents in the decor. Large windows  provide natural light and a pleasant view of the neighborhood.
