This charming village house is located in the picturesque municipality of Pedralba, very close to the city of Valencia. The village lies in a valley surrounded by olive and orange groves which is bathed by the tranquil river Turia which has given us a natural park along its course and which allows us to be in contact with nature and refreshing baths in the hot summer months.
The region is also very popular for rock climbing, especially in Chulilla and Gestalgar, which are two localities very close to Pedralba and where rock climbing is practised.
The house has three floors and a surface of 150 m2 distributed in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and big size, the shower has a big rain shower head and the kitchen has all the electrical appliances. All furniture, appliances and bedding are brand new, commissioned in August 2021. We also provide a secure and very fast internet connection and a 50 inch SmartTV.
The terrace has outdoor furniture, barbecue, and amazing views over the village, the mountains and the Turia forest.
The people of Pedralba are genuine and authentic. The winding streets are full of pleasant and picturesque corners and restaurants offering good food at excellent prices. The village is surrounded by fruit trees, orchards providing fresh vegetables and local cooperatives providing wine and olive oil.
The region has many hiking and biking trails and is an ideal spot for nature walks. The river Turia forms small bathing beaches in the Pedralba area and there are also public recreational facilities with a large swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts and a football pitch. The city of Valencia is only 35 kms or 40 minutes away so you can also combine your stay in Pedralba with visits to the city and the beach.
The house is located in the centre of the village. If you are travelling by car, the journey is short (12 km) from the A3, A7 and CV35 motorways. Parking is free in the public car park, 300 metres from the house. Valencia airport is 15 km away, just 20 minutes by car. Metro stations are in Lliria and Ribarroja, 15 minutes drive from the house.
Having a car is recommended if you want to get to know the region, but not compulsory, taxi services are available.
My aim as a hostess is to provide our guests with an ideal place to relax and to make them feel special. You will enjoy total privacy. The house is very comfortable, clean, well organised and charming. I am available to make suggestions on what to see, where to eat and unique excursions. I am also available to solve any problems you may encounter.
