This wonderful contemporary house is located in the rural region of La Serranía, in rural Valencia, in a valley surrounded by olive and orange trees bathed by the tranquil river Turia, which has given us a natural park along its course and which serves as a cultivation area for refreshing dips in the hot summer months. It is very close to Chulilla, the paradise of climbing and the Ricardo Tormo circuit.
The house has 3 floors and a surface area of 280m2 distributed in three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The spaces are spacious and bright with high ceilings and a modern design. It was built in 2010 under criteria of sustainability in the use of materials, orientation to the sun and is based on the use of renewable energies as both the hot water and heating are powered solely by solar energy and biomass.
The people of Pedralba are genuine and authentic. The winding streets are full of pleasant and picturesque corners and restaurants offering good food and value for money. The village is surrounded by fruit trees, orchards providing fresh vegetables and local cooperatives providing wine and olive oil. The region has many trails for walking and cycling, and a central point for organising trips to exotic places.
The city of Valencia is only 35 kms or 40 minutes away so you can also combine your stay in Pedralba with visits to the city and the beach.
