La Torre de la Porta Coeli has its own sports centre with large communal swimming pool, tennis, squash and futbito courts, bakery, ice cream parlour, mini-supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy, nail salon, hairdresser and three restaurants (seasonal opening applies to some facilities), so for those who prefer not to venture too far away, this is perfect for a weekend getaway.
If you like two wheels, there is a single track cycle path outside the urbanisation where, depending on your fitness level, you can access fantastic mountain bike routes. You can also explore the many hiking and trekking trails in Parque Natural Sierra Calderona and Parque Natural del Turia to immerse yourself in nature, or perhaps relax with a game of golf at the famous Escorpión Golf Club, just 3km away.
Furnished with class and spread over two floors, three of the four bedrooms, each with very spacious and super comfortable wooden sleigh beds and fitted wardrobes, are located on the first floor along with the master bathroom which has a large corner bath and fixed shower. The master bedroom has a separate dressing room and its own private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. A fourth bedroom with double sofa bed and fitted wardrobe is located on the ground floor along with the second bathroom which has a modern walk-in shower. All rooms have air conditioning which can also be used as a heater in the cooler months, plus large wooden ceiling fans, perfect for creating a cooling breeze.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with AEG ceramic hob and halogen oven, Bosch kettle and toaster, microwave, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, large BEKO fridge, crockery, cooking utensils and a 6 seater breakfast table and chairs. An external laundry room houses an Indesit dishwasher and an AEG washing machine.
A separate, more formal dining room seats 6 and provides additional space which, together with its built-in bar, is ideal for indoor entertaining.
The comfortable lounge, complete with open fireplace, is perfect for cosy evenings and opens directly onto the front terrace overlooking the garden and pool. A 55-inch flat screen TV and a games chest are available to enjoy during your stay.
The covered terrace at the front of the house overlooks the garden, pool and water feature, with a luxurious 8 seater table and chairs and a gas barbecue. The centre of the table can be used as an ice bucket, cooking area or fire pit depending on your mood, and the large wooden ceiling fan helps keep you cool during the summer months.
Sun loungers are situated around the private outdoor pool and there is a double hammock at the rear of the garden where you can relax or escape the sun. The covered terrace at the rear of the property offers another seating area, complete with a table and 4 chairs.
High quality bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided for your use during your stay and on arrival you will receive a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water.
The driveway provides off-street parking for two cars behind the locked gate (maximum vehicle width and height is 2.60m) and there is plenty of additional on-street parking available.
