This elegant and attractive house, located in a valley surrounded by olive and orange trees, is bathed by the tranquil river Turia, which has given us a natural park along its course and which serves us a cultivation area full of small vegetable gardens, a Mediterranean forest and a river of crystalline waters that serves us to cool off during the hot summer months.
The house has two floors and a surface area of 260m2 distributed in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning + heating, wifi, and two parking spaces.
The terrace has a dining table for 6 people, barbecue and stunning views of the Turia Natural Park and the Sierra de Chiva.
There are several parking spaces available for the use of our guests at no extra charge.
The people of Pedralba are genuine and authentic. The winding streets are full of pleasant and picturesque corners and restaurants offering excellent artisan products and services.
The village is surrounded by fruit trees, orchards providing fresh vegetables and local cooperatives providing wine and olive oil. The region has many hiking and cycling trails and is a central point for organising excursions to exotic places.
The river Turia is excellent and safe for swimming in the Pedralba area and there are also public recreational facilities with a large swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts and a football pitch.
The city of Valencia is only 35 km or 40 minutes away, so you can also combine your stay in Pedralba with visits to the city and the beach.
The best-rated sites of the Serranía, the calderones of Chulilla, are only 15 minutes away by car, and the water route of Chelva is less than 30 minutes away.
The Ricardo Tormo circuit in Cheste is perfectly connected to Pedralba, less than 20 minutes by car on a beautiful country road.
